ROLLS:

All rolls are grinded, stable, & hard chromed known as glue pick up roll, pressure roll & doctor roll.All rolls are made up of M.S (Mild steel) and are mounted with ball bearing for even and constant running & known for its extended life.

The Gum tray is also provided to stock the gum put together by H.R / C.R Steel Sheet.The gum can be made unconfined at the end of the work all the way through the exit point at the bend of the gum tray.It can help protect the time & gum as an outcome for the finishing product which can dry up quickly because of the minimal application of the gum.The Side setting is offered to set the gum in this machine.The Setting of the gum can be altered as desired for the flutes.
